There’s an INSANE thunderstorm going on right now. Normally, I love thunder and lightning. Very cool. But the lightning is so bright that, even with my horizontal blinds closed, enough light comes in to make my eyes burn for a second. And then the thunder comes like a gunshot in my ear, and the rumbling lasts for ten seconds afterward.

And I live less than 100 from train tracks, okay, so if the rumbling is worse than that, then omg.
